Remembering David Hayes

The Withrow Park Ball Hockey League is deeply saddened at the passing of a longtime parent volunteer.
Our dear friend Dave Hayes was involved with the WPBHL for many years. He contributed tirelessly to our ball hockey community as a volunteer, division convener, board member, and ball hockey dad and husband. He passed away from a heart attack two weeks ago.
Dave was generous with his time, his ear and his insight, and brought integrity to everything he did. Our most sincere condolences go out to Jen, Ruby, Stella and Audrey.
For everyone who knew Dave and who wish to raise a glass to him, a Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 12th at the Horseshoe Tavern on Queen near Spadina. Please drop in any time between 12 pm and 4 pm.
