WPBHL food drive a great success!

The WPBHL is pleased to announce it collected 25 bins of food at the food drive for the Eastview Community Centre. Thanks to all the players and families who visited the Eastview tent at Riverdale and Withrow rinks on Saturday, June 18th.

In addition to the food drive, we raised $1,200 online. All monetary donations will go toward purchasing fresh produce to supplement the non-perishable donations.

Eastview Community Centre is located a short ten minute walk from Withrow rink and supports many local families and individuals with their food bank. WPBHL has partnered with Eastview in the development of the First Shots program and we are excited to show them the generosity of the WPBHL.
