Seeking to fill 2 positions on WPBHL board

Much of the planning and execution for the Withrow Park Ball Hockey League is accomplished by our volunteer Board of Directors. With the help of our amazing staff, they make this league go. The board is constantly being refreshed as veterans retire after their kids have aged out and new folks join with new ideas and new energy.

We are looking for two roles specifically. If you have expertise or an interest in those areas please join us.

Sponsorships: Responsible for liaising with businesses and community groups that sponsor teams, including following up with past sponsors and locating new ones to replace any turnover. Most activity happens in the months of January to March prior to the season.

Awards: Responsible for the keepsakes distributed to our younger players on Championship Weekend.

Both roles are full Board members and you will be able to comment and vote on all matters affecting the league. Interested people should send a note to info@withrowballhockey.net and/or plan to attend the Annual General Meeting this Monday.
