How the New Season Is Shaping Up

With spring ball hockey registration mere months away, you may be wondering how the season is shaping up. Or will there even be a season? Those are all good questions and nobody has any clear answers right now.

To that end, the Withrow Ball Hockey League has formed several committees to re-examine how ball hockey can be run and played in the Covid era. Decisions will largely be dictated by what size of bubble the city allows.

Everything that can be reimagined will be. What could this mean? Registration may be delayed. The start of the season may be delayed. More rinks may be used, games may be shortened, game rules may be altered, and so on.
